Except for the CPU it's nice. 4690k is not a good choice compared to i7s or Xeons when it comes to editing, rendering etc.

Only certain parts of PS, Muse, and Illustrator are actually enabled for hyperthreading, so you won't notice much improvement between and i5 and i7. I'm not sure about AE's status on this matter, however, and I don't feel like looking it up.

Take our links, then go to "Price Breakdown by merchant" top right. You'll see if any merchant has all parts listed available at once and at which price. Should save some shipping costs that way as well.

dont need 2tb local storage. he will be using cloud storage for most stuff. just needs local quick ssd for all the programs and temp working files

MX100 and M500 are both cheaper than the 850 EVO + you won't notice a difference.
