Along with the PSU, assuming you need one...get new RAM so you can at least run in dual channel...
...everything your computer does, it does in the RAM. So you definitely want to be running in dual channel.

/e We can't recommend a vid card w/o know what power supply you have. The vid card draws the most power of anything in your comp.
/e Btw, that RAM I linked will run on any DDR3 ASUS motherboard, in case you do more upgrades later.

Would get an R9 280/280x/285 or a GTX 960, depending on what the prices are when you go to buy, and if you will do a rebate. with rebates, the R9 is the clear winner as the price is better and performance is the same or better.
