I'm not trying to do any over clocking I was just looking for the best stock speed for the money.
ive always ran intel so I was going to give amd a try this go around.

my budget is 700$ max for a processor, cooler, mother board, memory and ssd drive.

overclocking god of a chip especially since they're binning from 8320s up to 9590s, so all the good 8320s aren't even sold as 8320s anymore.
