Try using this little comparison chart if you would like to compare some gpus.
Simply select them from the drop downs
http://www.anandtech.com/bench/GPU14/815
then click view comparison. should be pretty self explanatory from there, but if it isn't let us know.

A lot of questions youre asking at once, but ill try to answer each.

First, out of all those, would get the i5 4690k. I7's are nice but you won't get your money in terms of performance as you would with an i5.

Noctua is good for air cooling - lots of people are good for air cooling. If you're specifically wanting an Aftermarket CPU cooler, I would look at the Coolermaster Hyper212 Evo. Its inexpensive and its highly effective.

Is there a reason you need an Msi board? Do you have any features you want out of your board? Integrated Wifi? Do you want USB 3.0 headers? [3.0 usb slots on front of your pc]
Some things to consider when buying a motherboard.

For storage you would be okay with a hybrid drive. But you'd be okay with a 7200 RPM hard drive. You'd be the best with some kind of SSD with a hard drive for the big stuff. Its your choice on how you want to spend your money.

The 970 is a fine GPU. Easily one of the best out there. However it is new tech and Nvidia so it carries a small premium right now.
If you simply don't want such a high end gpu, others you can consider are the R9 290(x) or an R9 285/r9 280x. They can both be had for significantly cheaper and will still perform really well.

Thanks! :) I think I'm gonna go with either AMD FX-8350 or AMD FX-8370 though instead of i5 since I get more for the money - when I play games.

I dont need MSI motherboard I just have no idea what to look for here.

Case is probably either gonna be Fractal Define R5 or NZXT H440 I think. But I have heard that R5 is better.

don't get a 970 :)

Ehh, are you gonna explain why? Otherwise it's a pretty useless comment.

yeah, r5 is a sexy case!
If you're a OC enthusiast, go with the 8370/e otherwise stick with 8350/8320/e.
I personally prefer gigabyte mobo's these days cos they are fucking GFG, and not as OP. Otherwise im all for Asus. Really just depends on the sale during the time you want to buy though.
Does UK.pcpartpicker work for you? orare you only gonna purchase from the website you linked?

Gigabyte, ASUS, and MSI all make great products. You really can't go wrong with whichever brand you choose. Just choose a motherboard that suits your needs. If you're looking to SLI in the future, you'll want a motherboard with dual pci-e slots with the same speed, USB speed preference, SATA preference, even color preference, etc. Build around your needs, don't choose simply from ratings (although ratings should be a factor).

I personally bought a Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO aftermarket cooler for my AMD FX-6300 and it dramatically dropped temperatures. It's really not bad for an air cooler. My idle temps went from like 25-30ºC to 13-16ºC and max temps were 65-70ºC down to 28-35ºC. I also have mine in a push-pull setup (meaning I added another fan to pull air on top of the fan they provide that pushes air. You can also just use one fan in an either push or pull setup).

I have the Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO in my old pc and it's really great for it's price but I'd like something better so I will get something from Noctua.

Also just saw this: http://www.lazygamer.net/general-news/nvidias-gtx970-has-a-rather-serious-memory-allocation-bug/

Fuck... lol.

cos it still performs well in games...
cos it dun show any problems irl gaming, at least for me, my strix still fine
cos ur not gonna run Vram tests on that specific program causing errors, since that aint fun/pointless
cos if it does in fact make a game unplayable due to that, perhaps they'll recall or give some sort of credit?
cos no1 gonna be running quad 970 sli for 4k 3monitor eyefinity setup cos dats small dik status
honestly, by the time a game gonna use that much vram, this card will be ancient by then imo
idk ppl have different opinions, if lots of ppl are in dis bandwagon asking for refund/qqfest & causes price drop, i'd still be down to get another 970 for cheap!

but if ur that worried, you can go with 980? or go 290x+
