i like the build but youll probably have to cut his graphics down to a 270 because he still wants mouse and keyboard.
@ OP if you can stretch your budget to 600 for something similar to this + Mouse and keyboard, I would vouch for that.

dont matter if i go over like $50 nothing big whats a good mouse/keyboard bundle i can get
