sorry i am a little tipsy, didnt read you didnt need top preformance. in that case, i5 4690k, ASUS Maximus Hero z87, that Gskill 8GB Ram i linked, Gtx 960 ( out soon ), rest same etc

you're a butthurt intel fanboy, that build is raw performance for a budget. it doesn't suit your needs, so you hate on it.

want a pentium g3258 build?

The card you noted here is ridiculously weak, so even an R7 250 [a very weak card] is going to really blow it out of the water.
definitely recommend SSD, while its not essential for gaming, it speeds up a vast majority of other tasks, including start up and shut down. worth.

im just looking at the builds posted ill pick the one i like or make my own int he end its for a friend my current rig cost me 4000 so im not sure how to build a budget one well
