why local, is it pressing? need it RIGHT AWAY? dont get why you need to pick it up. you are severely limiting your options, when it comes to local and pc parts. unless you have a micro center near by. are you near a newegg warehouse? i am, which means when i order i get stuff within a day or two.

oops, double post. anyways, yeah you should be able to set to 1.65v without issue if you wanted to, since it's dominator ( new gen ).

well of the one you linkt and the vengence that needs bios editing wich one is better

Both of them will require BIOS editing. The XMS only does DDR3 1600 at 1.65v. It runs native at 1.5v DDR3-1333. The Vengeance runs at DDR3-1600 at 1.5v, but the Dominator you have runs at DDR3-1600 at 1.65v.

With the Vengeance, all you'll have to do is change the voltage to match the Dominator.
With the XMS, you'll have to set the volatge, frequency, and possibly the timings.

You're in Cali? I have a friend that lives out in Cali and has said whenever he orders from Newegg, he just checks the pick up option and goes straight to the warehouse the same day as order for pick up lol.

how close is he to it? my warehouse is in city of industry, which is not bad but i think like an hour or more. most orders im not willing to make that drive. something like a TV or monitor however, would be very benefitial. just never done it yet.
