I have mixed emotions I think there are certain groups its okay for. But if your going to be a user that uses the computer a lot I would say build it because its going to give you familiarity with it if anything goes awry. Stock dealing with OS issues is a nightmare because more often than not the recovery is garbage.
If you use the computer an hour a week I would get stock but thats really only reason

yea i mean i see several things that im confused on...

Like Storage Space with 500GB-2+TB... I got like 50GB out of 150GB (does it matter or is there a special ratio... IE: 10% Full to give your optimal speed)
Main issue with Starcraft2 is i lag hard in mid/late stages of game and or during big macro battles (even in 1v1)
I want something that wont lag...something that willl be flawless (95%+) in lag free play

Can anyone clarify this?

Who would use Storage Space with 500GB-2+TB... I got like 50GB out of 150GB (does it matter or is there a special ratio... IE: 10% Full to give your optimal speed)

Ive got a 1TB drive full, my 256gb SSD 85% full, and a spare 2 TB sitting in my computer at 75%
Only time you'll have issues is usually when its 90%+ full, but it depends. Usually always get something bigger than what it you, it wouldnt hurt.
And when you can get a 1TB for 50-60$ new, why not? Cheap

Also how long does it normally take for parts to arrive? typically? when dealing with New Egg and or other online dealers?

During holidays is iffy, I normally receive my hardware from Newegg in 2 days or less.
