she does a lot of work with various layers and stuff like that. But it's only one monitor :P I'm not sure which version of PS she's using. Thanks again for the input guys, I really do appreciate it.

If she is a professional photographer or works as an editor for one, 16GB of RAM is going to save her from so much pain.

Even going through catalogs of wedding photos in Camera RAW macroes while having <10 high res pictures is going to clog up that 8GB.
That Adobe Bridge ain't going to keep that RAM clear either.

Edit: It's only $70, which is totally worth it to be spent in the memory, if she does something like photography for living.
