buy the graphics card from direct canada, rest from memoryexpress or ncix.
the graphics card is not in stock anywhere else then direct canada and i don't think you want to wait for a while to get it.

comes down to 1180$ + tax if i round it.
use the rest of the money for whatever mouse and keyboard you want.

Newegg is like the worse retailer in Canada... their shipping costs is stupid and you can't price match with other retailers...

I'd buy from ncix or memory express personally. But amazon.ca and direct Canada are also good.
