maybe OP started to play high graphic demanding games that he wants to max out,
if u can play games on high/ultra with ur GPU it means u play low graphic demanding games, perhaps like league?

also OP is trying/looking to get a discontinued 770 for $260+?? it actually starts around $280+ to go with popular brands, and 260 if u go with zotac.
a 970 starts at 330 and it's a lot better that performs just as good as a $700ish card.

So using common sense, would u get a lesser performing card to save $50, or would you spend the extra $50, and get a card that performs as well as $550+ cards.
