baddies, you can't even make a half decent build with that budget that does not require a gpu.

@op, 3$ over, just don't buy 2 cups of coffee and profit.

i have a hybrid hard drive that gives the best of a ssd and the best of a hard drive together in this build. if you don't want to not buy 2 cups of coffee, downgrade to a regular hard drive and you will be within your budget.

Plus you didnt include an aftermarket cooler

you lack sense.
the parts are actually as good quality then your stuff.
and who cares about aftermarket cooler, stock is fine, it's a luxery obviously.

Plus 8320E runs pretty cool when not OC'd anyways.

Added cooler is added cost
Is optional obviously and removed with 2 clicks
This isnt hard
lower wattage bronze psu, dirt cheap case and no aftermarket cooler

like if the price of the case matters/10
that psu is good enough to handle the whole build easy.
like if wattage matters, that pc won't even draw 400w.
