naw the motherboard didnt come with screws
but i kinda figured out what the problem was,
once i plug in the led lights/power button from the tower into the motherboard, it causes that problem
and when i dont have it pluged in and just turn on the computer from just the motherboard, everything is fine, aka making the tower defective?

what should i do

i meant the case comes with the screws

they look like this

it should come with one for each screw hole in the case

and each hole should have a mounting screw on it

even if thats not causing the problem u should take it apart and put them on there because it can cause problems later

hopefully your parts will still be under warranty when you short the motherboard and fry your cpu, video card, motherboard, etc
