How would something like this stack up against the computer you built
It cost a little more but also comes with windows which I don't have

prebuilts are terrible in terms of price vs performance if you're looking to game.

Cyberpower has awful PSU and customer service.

I bought a prebuilt from there and had them discount it to just what the parts cost however without my knowledge they put in their shitty PSU and fried the whole computer.

After this occured I had to pay more shipping to there location and back to get the computer fixed.

not to mention
they can put refurb/open box items into their computers
and sell them as a "new" computer
