Under 600
core i5/6850/z68 build
http://pcpartpicker.com/p/6a7F

Ultra poor build under 400$
g850/6770
http://pcpartpicker.com/p/6a8p

I did not include optical drive for either because most people have one laying around
They are 17$ more dollars if you need one

I noticed when doing this all the motherboards are 20-30$ more than 2 days ago

600 before shipping mir's do not count as money saved, so do not factor them into the price.

I will be following this thread. Thank you for making it.

I will be buying/building a computer for D3 in the near future, and my budget is around $500. And I live in Canada.

you aren't the only one, thus why i thought the thread should be made. hope it helps some folks.

Then my build is out, and so is they guys above me...though the $16 is basically because of the DVD drive, could probably pick one up cheaper elsewhere maybe :P

total $567.93

this week's sale at ncix

That makes this the system...although I am not sure how I feel about a refurbished power supply...and I personally would spend the extra $16 for Intel and the ability to upgrade to Ivy Bridge when they come out, but that's just me :P

I cant build a i5/6850 for under 600 before mail in rebates currently
Mobo prices are way high

Also PCI-E 3.0 is useless I hope you know that
Not even the gtx680 is bottle necked by a pci-e 2.0 slot

sata 6gb/s is good with SSDs only as well

under 600$ build pre rebates
Honestly I would spend like 15-20$ more on a better case but this works
