Help me choose a good PSU and Video card, and if you can, improve anything.
So can that motherboard accept the RAM I LISTED??

230$ left for the vide card, look.

better cablin you can just screw in the dvd drive it dont matter
and xp only dx9 so y the hell you want dx 10.1

10.1 for the video card, it support it I think. I'm staying with windows xp, not getting windows 7, unless I really have to.

DirectX 10.1 cards cannot be used on Windows XP. Sorry, either way you look at it, you just cannot.
