Do I take this deal? What do you guys think?

i5 12400F - $100ish I found online
RTX 3060 TI Super - $250-300ish
16GB DDR4 - $60 or less without rgb
500GB NVM.e SSD - $30 or less depending on generation.
Hyper Evo 212 CPU Cooler - $30 or less depending on where you buy
2 240mm Intake Fans - I assume these came with a case
2 120mm Exhaust Fans from Be Quiet - I assume these also came with a case.

For $500 with the specs you listed should be reasonable considering I didn't factor in a power supply, motherboard, pc case yet.
If negotiating is on the table still, I would consider sticking to $400-450 range for a preowned build.
I could literally build you the same exact PC specs with $6-700ish new.
Long as you got a keyboard/mouse/monitor - all these cost extra obviously, $500 is respectable.
