Hey guys Im from Portugal and I decided to build my first pc. Always played in laptop and it's time to change that
Mostly because of D2R and most recently LostArk.

My budget:
1100 eur max
Min Needs:
GTX 3050 or equiv.
i7 or R7 decent gen
16Gb

Is this even possible?

1100 is too little maybe 1400 and you’d have to go with a bunch of low end parts .. I just built mine cost me 4.3k without any monitor or anything just the actually rig

3050 is a weak card, you'd want minimum 60*

you will still need separate budget for the monitor.

I'll second this guys partpicker list, looks amazing and fits the budget closely.

I'll just add that you can probably pick up a ryzen 3600x CPU for super cheap and it will open up room in your budget. I like that he recommended the 2060 over the 3050, that would be my suggestion as well.

Go super cheap on case. I've built in trash cases and top tier cases and honestly find a look you like at a cheap price, all cases are good these days and the cheaper plasticky ones are easier to work with IMO (exception being Lian Li, those things are heavy but my goodness so well engineered)

Just going to add that while I don't know the market in Portugal, I'm fairly certain this guys wrong

I built a fantastic budget build with an LCD monitor in the case (an aesthetic choice for the owner) for $750 canadian 6 months ago. Learn your stuff, look for deals, take advantage of the used market for certain parts and ignore elitists online who tell you ryzen 9 and RTX 3090 are the only good parts

I have my smartv I'll use as monitor for now. Just need a good pc and a keybord

For sure dude. Imo with my budget I can get something good enough for Lost ark, d2R and still prepared for d4 or poe2 when it comes out.

With that budget I'll also recommend going 1080 instead of 1440. You could probably do a decent 1440 setup but you'll run a fantastic 1080 setup
