Are you looking for upgrade-ability? i suppose so? i assume this means updating the video card if it is outdated?

The prices on computer hardware change very fast, sometimes even hourly. It's best to wait until about 1-2 days before you intend to purchase, then post for a build.
Also, I noticed you said you needed a sound card. Do you actually need a discreet sound card? All motherboards these days come with pretty decent integrated sound.
