Going to pull the trigger soon on this.

Not sure if I should wait and see what black friday deals come up etc.

The custom priced parts are the price I will pay locally at microcenter for them tomorrow. Except the PSU which is changed to reflect a coupon code at B&H.

e/ Yeah it's missing a gpu. I haven't decided if I'm gonna hunt for a used 1080ti or buy a new 2080.

CPU cooler is overkill unless you're going for a really hardcore overclock TBH. Plus since going ITX, make sure you'd have clearance (that a big cooler). Also, if you're using a 1080ti/2080ti, might wanna go for a 750w psu. otherwise looks good.

I've made a change for the PSU since I posted that.
I've got a 750w SuperNOVA g3 in mind now.

Also I've seen a few build pics with that air cooler in this case.

also I'm considering jumping on this deal.

Zotac RTX 2080 for $700 shipped. no tax.

This card supposedly has a 400a chip as well which is a bonus.

Why that psu?

And what do you think will be ugly about the air cooler? the brown fans?
I have a few black/red noctua fans in my pcpartpicker i was going to replace the brown ones with and put the brown ones in the front of the case where they aren't seen.
also the thing listed at the very bottom of the pcpartpicker is a heatsink cover for the noctua cooler.

this is the build I was referring to that had it installed

if you like the bulky look, then that's fine since aesthetics is all personal preference

that psu is on a really good bf sale, 650w gold seasonic oem for $40 but if you're not into rebates nvm

u gonna sleeve it red or black?

Just noticed the rebate. It's also only semi modular and I would prefer a full. I actually found a deal for SuperNOVA 850 G3 for $75 no MIR needed. I'm leaning towards that one. I know 850w is over kill for this but it's a good deal.

As for sleeving, If I do it will be red. I've never done it before but this might be the build I do it on.

semi/full doesn't really matter because the only difference between the two is that the essential cables you need will be pre-attached and you'll be using the cables anyway. Also the cases have psu covers to hide em all anyway, so you could even get away with non modular, although there's no point getting non modular in 2018.
850w is good long term wise because you won't have to worry about upgrading the psu for a long time, where as 500-650 may force you to upgrade the psu later on if you wanted some power hungry badass stuff in the future. Just make sure it's g3 you're getting, as long as it's 2 or 3 you're good.

Thanks for the advice friend!

On the subject of sleeping how big of a pain is it? It’s pretty cheap to do from what I hear but a little labor intensive.
