well kinda a myth about AIO watercooling being more quite. They can transfer more heat away, but you have to overclock your CPU quite a lot to take advantage of it.
A cooler like Cryorig H7 for 35$ is amazing.
Early access games are often really badly optimized. Personally I would have put a bit more cash into the CPU over the GPU in this situation.
You aren't talking about workstation related stuff so Ryzen is not really a must in this situation.
You should get some more opinions on this matter I believe.
agree with early access games being badly optimized. they run like ass no matter how good your system is (unless you get a super baller card).
1080 is justified if you do or have always liked playing early access games. i went with 1080 ti but i've had a bit of a streak when it comes to playing early access games.
super into pubg right now

more $$ into cpu is my thoughts as well. you should benefit from going 6600k - 7600k/7700k for Early access games as the current bottleneck is usually CPU related, depending on which early access game you're going for. ark is definitely CPU intensive as the instructions are poorly coded.
I could launch ark and let you know what I get

also agree that sound card isnt' needed, pretty much ever. get money is better spent on a dac/amp
50 in jungle
60 when hitting things
75 sky
ultra/epic settings w/o motion blur, film grain or that other dumb one
7700k @ 4.7 / 1080 ti no oc
you still dip to 15ish when the world renders again, amazing how they think they can release a game without that being fixed... they have a month until full release and you'd think this would have been addressed..
