So, I can get an FX 9590 for $63, and an AM3+ Motherboard for another $25 (Both Used)

Is it worth upgrading from a 8350?

I can't run PUBG at 30 fps.

has nothing to do with the graphics card at this point. the 1060 3gb hits 110 fps on test benches.

same ones MrGrimmmz uses

all very low except texture and view distance
