600$ Usd budget.
No sound card.
No OS.
No monitor, keyboard or mouse.

Want it to play games like h1z1, csgo, dota2 and pretty mich any other game on atleast high settings.

This would be able to max out your mentioned games 1080p 60fps.
But would not be able to play every AAA games on high settings.
You would need an ekstra hdd for storage if you wanna store movies etc. But the ssd is enough for Windows, essential programs and about 10-15 games in the size range of h1z1, csgo and dota2.
