If you're going to get the 6700k & 32gb ram, Might as well get the quicker stuff.

Anything that will use that much ram, Is going to benefit from the extra bandwidth & lower timings.

The PSU is pretty overkill for a 1070, You could save a little money & grab a 750w, Which would handle two 1070's down the road if you wanted to upgrade.

Other than that, Looks pretty good!

1070 SLI is definitely planned for the future, good suggestion on downgrading the PCU

Also, i'm a little bit confused about all the Asus motherboard.

On Asus website it state that memory of over 2133MHZ require an Overclock, does that motherboard do that automatically nowadays? Seem's strange to me.

2133 is base speed for ddr4, All you have to do with 3200mhz ram is pop it in, Go to the bios & turn XMP on, There's a settings profile built into the ram. Just have to enable it :P

I know it seems cliché

Single card setups are always best if possible. a single 1070 will max almost any game at 1080P 144hz. A second 1070 down the line will turn your computer into a toaster oven and yield 0-50% gains on games depending on how well the devs worked the game to include SLI support.

Either get a 1080 now, or keep the 1070 until it serves you no more and just sell it and take the cash and get a 1370 or whatever is around at the time of the next architecture launch ^_^

spending that much dough, i'd get a better looking build.
Parts itself look alright, case is your preference but there are cheaper alternatives with good quality too
