I was going to get the same case (Corsair Air 540) because I liked the airflow and cube-ish form factor, but I'm open to more mid-size recommendations.
It needs to have a window and hide cables relatively well. It doesn't NEED to be a cube, but I'd like that. Looking to spend $150 or less.

I was kinda checking out the Enthoo Evolv (Tempered Glass), but I dunno if I wanna spend that much.

Give me ideas!

Evolv TG or air 540 are the only ones that are worthwhile mentioning for separated PSUs

Also, why dont you buy a 980 ti?...

Had a 980 Ti G1 Gaming. Selling it @ $370. Got a 1070 Armor for $400. It'll be a bit better for VR and fits build colors better.

In what way did I "flop"? Go ahead and lay this out for me. I was against getting a 1070 when they're $100 more (new) for relatively small performance boost overall (my 1070 is only ~3-5% better than the 980 Ti I had).
Buying one new for $470 after tax is retarded for the gains. Buying a used one for $400 after tax is still dumb, but I'm allowed to waste money how I want. I know that I'm gaining almost nothing except VR performance.
My opinion stays the same. A 980 Ti is cheaper and pretty much just as good. I just so happened to get a good deal on a 1070 and wanted a specific color scheme.
