Gear? Would the extra 200$ for the 1080 be worth it? Or go with 2x 490s?

Gear in as keyboard, mouse, headset and monitor.

gtx 1070 vs 1080 really depends on resolution you playing on.
490's are probably not out before Q4.

should i buy extra fans for that case? it only comes with 2? Could i mount my rad from that cpu cooler to the top of the case or is there no places on the top and only the front?

You could move the current 2 fans to the front.
and then mount the CPU cooler to the top.

So 2 intake front and 2 exhaust in the top (Push conf)

Do you need gear as well?
I could make a budget build with that as well.

an i7 is really not needed for gaming. So we could cut corners if needed.

not really worried about budget i'm actually going to up my budget to like 2300-2500 cnd.

edit: I'll be using this to make youtube vids and stream on twich
