i wanna know how much ram would be the sweet spot for me

my setup will be 2x monitors 1 running at 1440p 144hz other normal 1080p

streaming and playing on ultra 1440p with probably 3-4 tabs open youtube, twitch, obs

so my initial toughts was go for 16gb do you guys think 16gb is enough or 32gb would be better

considering gaming alone only requires around 4gb i tought ill prob be using 8-9gb tops and 16 is enough

also will buy vr later on so keep that in mind

16 is fine

32 is mostly ideal for people who render/fold/content create and shit.

i mean it all depends on what you want too

I bought a second 16gb kit for mine just because it was on sale for $40. Will I ever utilize 32gb? Probably never, but I have it just incase lol

Agreed, 16gb is the new sweet spot. considering how long it took for 8 to become out-dated, I think 32gb is far off for the general user/gamer.

:wallbash:  because everyone has $2,300 to drop on just ram, not to mention the particular motherboard you'll have to get/processor, and at this point, minus well get a PCI-E hard drive and a xenon processor... Just put it on my credit card why don't you?
