So I'm on a budget and I see these two that are somewhat in my price range and can't decide which of the two are better for me.
It'd mostly be for playing games such as d2, poe, maplestory, etc, or for school and netflix; nothing major.
help please :(

both laptops can easly run d2, maplestory, do you schoolwork or stream netflix.
Also both will not run Path of Exile, as it simply requires a solid gpu. Maybe the 530$ one will work for the first 60 levels of PoE, but as soon as you team up and reach endgame you will hardly see double digit fps's anymore.

Also dont be confused by these insane "deals". You dont have about 50% on these laptops. They are not worth more then your about to pay.

seeing your budget is rather low, this is a pretty good deal IMO for $480
15.6" 1080p screen i5, 4gb ram, dedicated gpu R7 M360, 1tb hdd
battery life might suck though

hmm.. im in no rush in buying any laptop, just wanted opinions :)
i just noticed that none of these have back lit keyboards.. right? i think this is a must for me though. i usually play games on low settings so graphics arent too big of a deal to me.
also, what is the differences in brands? like lenovo, asus, dell, etc?

you're going to like the i5 system more.

Nothing wrong with AMD laptops whatsoever.
