So currently I'm Running this build:

Mobo: ASUS M5A97 LE R2.0
PSU: Cosair 600W Bronze Cert.
GPU: AMD Radeon HD 6970 ---> http://www.amd.com/en-us/products/graphics/desktop/6000/6970
1x G.Skill RipJaw 8GB DDR3
Processor: AMD FX 6-Core Black Edition FX-6300

I was Currently running into Issues Streaming the game H1Z1: King of the Kill When streaming, The game instantly drops 40+ Frames and is basically unplayable as soon as I go live on OBS, I have it at suggested settings tried 2k-3500 Buff rate on OBS.

Not even on the Streaming aspect, I encountered alot of Frame drops/spikes and Lags. The game is also Much more Ram intensive when being ran as well.

I was thinking that the issue of my build (One yes being no SSD) But, I felt mainly was my graphics card, which current specs can be found here: http://www.amd.com/en-us/products/graphics/desktop/6000/6970

I was thinking of upgrading (if it is) to One of these 4 and was Curious WHICH would be the Best to purchase.

Also, Would buying and G.skill stick be a better option?! Please all Help and Comments, Suggestions are reccomended im looking to make a Purchase Within hours! :D

Also I feel it is notable to mention Since I am concerned of streaming,

Internet speeds:

DL: 61.93 Mbps
UP: 12.03 Mbps

If you have any ideas or know that something else my be the issue and not my GPU Please feel free to offer any advice!

This, might be able to get away with a 380, we prefer safer recommendations though :)
Also, if you're running 6.5 GB or more ram when everything you normally use is running, I would add ram :)

I listed a Geforce 950 and a R9 380, Is have to go to the 970 or 380?

MY current GPU is clocked at 880Mhz ITs a 128 Bit 2GB GDDR5

I was thinking upgrading to a 4Gb 1.1k+ Mhz 256 Bit would help tremendously, Is it absolutely necessary I go to those?

the gtx 950 and or r7 370 are really minor upgrades compared to your 6970. They are very similar power cards.

In saying that, I agree with others that you should go for something beefier, such as perhaps a Gtx 960 or an R9 380 or 380x, with a Gtx 970 or an R9 390 being ideal.

Ya I notice the Spec upgrades Id be getting is about 250+ More Mhz, 2 More Gbs and 256 Bit instead of my current 2gb 128 880 Mhz.

With that being said, Do you think its my GPU causing the issue or something else?

I have been trying to decide between these 3 But with what you just said I assume that the Last one i List would be the best investment for me to get?

I would get the 4GB 380. Some might say 4gb not necessary, but due to the consoles now 64 bit and many gigs of ram, we are seeing a significant number of games that like to use more than 2gb of vram even at just 1080p. I myself was bottlenecked on Dying Light, using an R9 380, 2gb. Could only use medium textures, else i would be stuck at 30 fps, on high textures.
Those specs you list don't really tell you anything about the performance of the card.

Heres a comparison between your card and the 370 http://www.anandtech.com/bench/product/1061?vs=1127
It says 265, but the 265 and the 370 are actually identical, so dont worry about that. ^_^

same story, a 285 is identical to the 380.

As for the cause, I can't say for certain. You can always keep task manager open + msi after burner and see what changes once you begin streaming. if your Gpu usage is maxing out, you could benefit from an upgrade. if your cpu is maxing out, you may need a new cpu instead.
Alternatively, see if lowering graphics options or streaming resolution helps. if it does, you may be able to experiment to see what piece is being stressed the hardest and therefore most worth upgrading.

This has helped me alot, Now the Only isssue I have now is Trying to find the difference between these two cards! (r7 370 and R9 380)

The ONLY spec difference That its Pro R9 380 is that it has 1724 Stream Processors compared to the 1024 on the r7 370 But the Memory clock and Mhz is better on the r7 370 and everything else is =, GBs Bit Etc.

The r7

Look at benchmarks and what fps people get in the games you want to be playing

The specs alone dont mean much
