well you can easly get a 6600k with a decent air cooler for that price. But i am not sure, if the air cooler i chose is good. I simply took one that looked big in the picture, since the one that i usually recommend was not avalible in your country. You might have to check that before you buy.

why do you want to waste so much money on the power supply and the main board. There are cheaper options and as long as you dont want to overclock anyway you dont need an expesive main board or PSU.

One should never cheap out on the PSU in your build in general.
