All I did was take out old cpu fan and put in a new one. Computer was properly shut down before the change of fans. Plugged back in then Boom when I pressed power button. Computer won't turn on now o.O.

I think fuse may have blown on power cord. I don't see anything wrong. Nothing has changed except fan and it's plugged in the same spot, same way as old one.

Probably because it was embarrassed to be in that horrible case.

Are you sure it was the PSU that blew?

/e There shouldn't be any fuses on any power cords.

Yeah I watched the explosion shoot out of its exhaust fan =/. Damn can't believe this shit! Need new psu and have to rewire everything, best case scenario. My current theory is dust fell somewhere in there when I flipped case on its side.

By fuse I meant the little breaker switch on it.

/e If you're NOT sure...post a pic of the back of the case and the inside of the case. Dust hardly ever makes things blow up...more like a screw dropped in there.

/eee Well I guess if the power supply was packed full of dust (like never been blown out), it could raise the temps in the power supply enough to blow it up.

The exhaust is on the bottom, I had case on its side when I powered on.

Ok, a couple things the CPU cooler should be blowing from the RAM to the rear exhaust fan...and after looking at that PSU, I'm surprised it even worked.

I would still get the PSU and the case I linked above.

All I did is replace fan on the right with the nzxt fan on the radiator.
Wonder what the chances are other components are damaged.

You can't tell...till you get a new power supply.
