The computer wont reach 400w the whole time the computer is on. That's an estimated max wattage. If you're considering improving gpu performance, it's probably time to buy a new video card, any way.
Save $30 by switching to 8gb ram.
Buy a quality $50 psu.
Buy a quality $50 case.
That's $100 you could either save or allocate to another component. If you get rid of the ssd (non-essential component), that's even more money to save. The games listed above aren't very demanding, so the ssd is affordable.
I don't care what you do with your computer, but I wouldn't do it with mine, nor would I recommend it, what happens if you add more hard drives, SSDs, LEDs, added fans, water cooler, USB devices, phone charger, wireless adapter, on and on and on? You will end up nickel and diming your power supply to death
I spent $85 on my 850w 5 years ago, and it still runs strong, its far more power than I ever have or ever will need
BUT
IT
STILL
WORKS
Go for a cheaper case, that wont hurt anything, neither will swapping out to an 8gb ram kit, but give yourself breathing room in the PSU or regret it later
