Once I open a game t goes from 1-10 to 99% is this normal ?

It's an msi dominator pro with gtx 880m

depends on game and settings.
Also on your cpu.

the usage is fine. that temp is too hot. find a laptop cooler.

What temp is fine ? I'm turning cooler boost but still at 93 after a couple mins

CPU danger temperature is around 75C (check the CPU's tech specs)
GPU danger temperature is around 85C
HDD danger temperature is around 60 to 65C

You want your stuff at least 10C lower than the danger zones

buy a laptop cooler
