so lets say im watching something on youtube etc

and i load up another page or i am playing a game while listening to youtube

the video and sound stutters for half a second

any idea what this might be it just started doing this like 2 days ago is it a hardware problem?

or maby my audio driver

its not just video lol everything sorta stutters when you start doing things

i think its my hdd idk why it would be doing this but i ran an windows update and i noticed that when the blue line peeked thats when it started jittering

any ideas on how to fix this?

ok so i just finished the update but it got stuck on 30% mark for about 20 mins then jumped to the Shutting down screen got stuck for another 15 mins so i had to force a shut down

then it revered the failed update

and now im back so idk whats going on

You could try running CrystalDiskInfo.

It will tell you if your HDD, is having issues.

Create a NEW folder on your desktop and unzip the download to that folder. Then just run the .exe ...if it says good, you're OK.
