You should post no earlier than 3 days of when you intend to buy. Sales change daily. Parts you can be quoted today may be out of your budget in a month.

With monitor AND Operating System, you should RAISE budget.

You're looking at least 1000$ if you need a OS and monitor.

Come back next week after you saved your paycheck.
