I just need a computer to strictly run lol on max settings for under $400 without a keyboard mouse or monitor. I don't know much about compatibility so any help is appreciated.

Buy a strong rig without gpu, u can run lol pretty good at max with intel graphics :)

Buy gpu later when u can afford a 970 or next gen of equal price!

Thatll say i5, z97, 600-700w psu, 4/8gb ram(1x 4gb stick and then buy another 4gb when u buy gpu)

There's no hate, just intel fan boys that can't read the 400 budget with Windows needed

Locked I5 itself is close to half that budget.

Its pirateable ofc. I would though recommend a legit copy of windows for safety and to cut out problems.

But id recommend spending some more cash, or find a secondhand one
