So i've decided i'm going to get a new gaming machine. I don't do a lot of graphics intensive games but I might in the future.
Games I currently play: Diablo 3, Wow, LOL, Path of Exile, Skyrim, Torchlight 2. Those sort of games usually, might do some FPS later on.

My current set up loads too slow, can't be played on high settings, overheats, and is way too loud.
I'm currently debating on this prebuilt computer but i'm looking for thoughts from people who know more about it than me.

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16883227596&SortField=0&SummaryType=0&PageSize=10&SelectedRating=-1&VideoOnlyMark=False&IsFeedbackTab=true#scrollFullInfo

This is what I want the new machine to do:

-Below 1,000 (save money if you can)
-Prefer Windows 7 but can deal with 8.1 if I have too.
-Fast loading so probably needs a small ssd and then a regular 500g hd as well
-Intel Processor
-Best bang for my buck graphics card
-8-16 gb of ram
-Must run very quietly (silent!!!!!)
-Be able to play games on high settings with no problems

Zip code 66109

This is the Computer Building Discussion sub-forum. No one is going to recommend a pre-built.

What's your Zip Code?

Have you ever been to the Micro Center in Overland Park? If not, find directions because I'm going to send you there for some parts.

I know where it's at. Is microcenter competitive for prices with newegg/amazon?

They will price match with Newegg and Best Buy, but it depends on the manager. You could get a full build from MC alone, but I recommend getting things like your RAM, GPU, and PSU elsewhere.
