So I'm looking to build a pc and I was wondering if someone a little more experienced could give me some help.
I have a bit more than $1,000 in my budget but I'd be happy to spend closer to 750-850 at the moment hopefully including decent mouse since mines giving out.

Specs I'm looking for:

Black and red build to match my current set up
Overclocked i5
GOOD COOLING AND POWER SUPPLY. looking to go liquid and fans
Case with at least a clear side and good air flow is a must
1-2 8gig sticks of ram (8 gigs is the bare minimum and I can always throw in more later when funds are more available etc)
Good gfx card as this will be my gaming and streaming pc
And a gaming mouse but this isn't really a priority. I'd really appreciate some good suggestions for a durable gaming mouse, preferably wireless since the problem with my current one seems to be a broken fiber in my current mouse
HDD for a hard drive is fine. Doesn't need to be more than 1tb and I'd be nice if i could fit a 10k rpm in this budget build

And last but not least, room for OR red LED lighting for the interior.

If anyone can help me out on this I'd greatly appreciate it. I've browsed around on PC part picker and took a look at the builds on the front page but i wasn't impressed really.

With the amount you want to spend, you're not getting an unlocked i5 build.
