He wanted 670$ in the first place got him down to 570$ not sure if he'll want to lower it even more.

If he was going to build his own computer for similar performance would 600$ be enough?

Also fyi 450USD is +- 560CAD unless you guys meant 450CAD

When buying used electronics bro, you really have no idea if they even work. Even if the seller is highly rated, he could blame shipping damage, or even you, if the comp turns out to have problems.
If it was being sold by a friend down the block, and you went there and he put it through it's paces for you...benchmarks, temps etc. Then it might be a good idea.

Keep in mind with used electronics, there's no RMA. If after 3-4 hours of heated DAYZ game play the comp starts blue screening, you're kind of out of luck.
