I am building a computer from Canada computers can someone help me

I'm spending 450
I already have screen
Already have mouse key board

I want this computer for burning blu Ray DVDs lots of em
And playing diavlo 2

You can burn Blu Rays and play Diablo 2 on a potato.

Yeah i know but i need a build from canada computers it is near my house i have to get one asap . 450 is my budget can someone build me something nice from there lmk :) thanks ill give someone 100 fg for best build
