my brother gave it to me for graduation
and he built one 2x faster.
just wondering if its good because he said its worth like 1400+$
might of forgot to list some things.

It's alright. Not even close to 1400 though.

A healthy OC on the cpu, And a new vid card & it would be pretty damn good.

Definitely fair but nowhere near $1400. Do what Rikuo says and you'll have an amazing computer.

I have someone local selling a 2500k + mobo + 8gb ram for like 250$
so a case + 660ti + psu + 1tb HDD + 128 gb ssd + h55 for 350 or less isnt that far off

well that sucks

the ddr3 4gb sticks are 2x g skill ripjaw series.
2500k is overclocked i think


but that really sucks. he spent at least 1100 on it when he was building it like a year or two back.

Doesn't matter what it's worth now, unless you're planning on selling it for sure. It's still an amazing rig.

2500k still holds up
nn to change ram/psu/case
only thing you could really to is upgrade the GPU
so i'd just hold onto it the next few years as its beast for what it is

yeah i sold my previous rig to a friend like for 300
it was a amateur build i built with some old parts from my uncle.
could still run CS : GO and D3 so my friend was like fk it and bought it.

thats when i received this monstrous thing.
if it was still worth what he spent on it maybe id sell. ive been wanting to buy my own car for a while now and this shitty 9$/hour job isnt fast enough to buy what i want
but if its only 600-700$ now fk it ill just keep it.
