What do you want to look for spare parts?
Ps, i found this....
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16883103198
been sitting for only about 1 day in a recycle bin.

I hooked it up to power, and i got power through everything, once i connected to a monitor though, no dice, no programing running on it.
My initial thought was sweet free tower for a build i've been planning. But this sucker has everything there... All usb plugs deliver and give power also..
so now i'm thinking... whats gone on this tower?

That's a nice dumpster machine, you can actually BSEL mod the CPU (overclocking it to 3ghz) and make it a fair gaming machine with a low-powered GPU upgrade.

Congrats on the find.

Dear diary,

Today i finished uploading windows 7 onto my new old acer , bought a slick little remote with mouse/keyboard capabilities, (http://www.amazon.ca/HDE-Multi-media-Portable-Wireless-Handheld/dp/B00CKSWBB6), and a
wireless lan cable setup to connect the desktop to my wireless router since it doesnt have a wireless card. Also bought a 6 ft hdmi cable :D.
Total purchase cost 142$, ( damn hdmi cords are overpriced in small towns fml )
Managed to score an extra 1 TB barracuda hard drive from work for free! So connected that shit fast,
unfortunately it didnt have an extra sata port for the new hard drive so i just disconnected the dvd drive... who needs a disk drive?..
and now the little acer that could is a storage monster,

Going to connect it to my 52inch tv tonight and start downloading some movie data bases for the new terabyte hard drive. And then stream halloween movies :D

** will probably over clock it some time over the weekend. **
