Ok.. D3 Build Off. - Topic

So here is the deal, with the recent insurgence of people looking for computer help due to the upcoming release of d3, I have decided to hold a weekly build-off, each week i will be donating 20-25 fg to the best builds of the week, one for usa build, one for canada build.

simple guidelines:
must be CHEAP: price is by far the most relevant part of this exercise. I will put a cap of 600 dollars on any build submitted, although ideally we are looking for sub 500$ builds.
Performance: the 2nd most important part of the build, we want d3 to run as good as we can, and should easily be able to max it with the given budget but i would love to see some creativity.
The build must be pictured (screenshot, uploaded via imageshack, or whatever site you use) or linked (pcpartpicker).
All parts must be in stock, and all parts must be able to ship.
I will determine the winners each week, understand that the spirit of this build off is just some friendly competition to help the community in general, the rewards are just a way for me to give a little something back to the people that put in time on these builds.

Everybody is welcome and encouraged to enter, and may submit as many entries as they would like.

There is not windows 7 included

It's the cheapest build that I managed to do, I did not look for the best performance

I did not include an optical drive, add 15$ to the build if you are obliged to have an optical drive.

Do we need Windows included?

Edit: And so far i have not been able to come up with anything to beat that NCix build because of the sales.

Iv come close but then ud have 4gb of ram and half the HD space.
