It seems decent for Photoshop, but more RAM would be warranted, then.

bad build.

that's constructive...

but not really that wrong,
you could get a lot more performance for your money
the V8 cooler weighs a TON and can stress your mobo, and doesn't cool nearly as well as many other less retardly huge/heavy sinks.
you should get a z68 board if you are dead set on the 2600k, but not sure why not a 2700k if you are going that route.
the 2500k is 100$ cheaper, doesn't do hyperthreading though so if you are purchasing for large scale video/audio editing it's not the way to go, but you got a 500 gig HDD and 4 gigs of ram so i don't think you are doing a lot of video/audio work anyway.

570 isn't bad, you can get more for your money. 6950 frozr III will be cheaper, and oc/unlock to higher, though it's warmer/louder
case is preference but i would recommend a Carbide 400r/500r if you are going with the 100 dollar budget area.

your psu/ram/HDD are fine, if you are settling for a 1 card only setup (most users only use one card). if you are going for a multi gpu setup, you would want a higher wattage psu, one can be recommended to you if you would like.

i didn't notice the 2 570's the first time.. that psu wouldn't be safe for your cards.

i also didn't notice that you have 8 Dimms of ram. holy crap thats raterded (and twice what your motherboard can hold)

fill this out

More flames, without why I am "useless".
For gaming, the Hyperthreading is bad, but for Photoshop, it is good, but the OP will not be doing Photoshop, so he should have gathered, from my post, that the i7 is not warranted in this situation.

Edit: I, too, did not notice the 2x 570s...

Do you have any specific preferred components?: no clue
Do you need a sound or wireless card?: have from other computer
Do you want stock cooling or do you plan on overclocking?: have never overclocked anything before but maybe
Do you need a monitor? mouse? keyboard?: have extras of both
Zip code/location? (Shipping costs):58801

I ordered 1 of the graphics cards already the case the mother board and processor and the power supply and 8 gigs of ram
The extras of those were just things i was wanting to order cause i thought they might be good but wanted input first

There are a couple things wrong with your build...

1) PSU is far too low to support that build.
2) 8 sticks of 2gb ram? you realize your mobo only has 4 slots right?

Why the i7 2600k? Do you plan to overclock your cpu? If yes why not spring for a better cooler since you are spending so much, perhaps a liquid cooler. If no, why bother getting the 2600k?

just read this, did you end up getting 4x sticks of 2gb ram? it would be better to go for 2x 4gb sticks to leave room for upgrading
