hey!, i would recommend putting all your loaders in window mode, with all the graphics settings to the lowest.

I myself have 32g ram 3200mhz, 1660 gtx, ryzen 5 2600 cpu, and i can run 4 windows stable at 70%gpu, 90%cpu.

What's your case and air system flow?
Do u have a aircooler or some fans around ?

AMD always runs hot.
Thats why they say Intel FTW

My 5800x never overheats. Have a noctua n12 on it.

Define overheating

Thats like Saying intel requires no fan, while AMD has a cup of Ice Cubes on top of it....
