just got a new pc, quite good specs

however, it is fairly noisy for a new one, and should be pretty silent.

it does have 6 internal fans all of which run upon booting up the pc,it also has a further 2 directly under the graphics card that are presumably backup fans until the temperature goes up
to me its unneccesary

any suggestions on how to try and make it quiter?
all the fans are running at maximum speed i think (i would guess thats how its been built in the factory) my only thought was to use bios and try reduce the speed on all the fans, or try and make 2 of the fans 'sleep' until the internal temperature hits a certain point, not sure if this is possible so

so im leaving it to any pc geniuses here

can you see if the case fans are plugged into a controller (usually on the back of a motherboard) or directly in the board? if it's to a controller, there should be a case switch you can select lower speeds on. i.e :

if they are plugged into the board you can make a custom fan curve in your BIOS.

If the fans are plugged into the motherboard fan connectors... you should be able to adjust their fan curves, in the BIOS.
Usually it's on the Monitor or Temps tab.
