looks like you're probably mapped wrong
follow your device manual to see how to change the mapping

interestingly this did update my controller
but it did not solve this issue

a friend reccomended i get a xbox 360 controller emulator

ide rather fix the issue internaly but if a emu can fix ill try it

open to more advice if this fails

have you tried right clicking on the game in your games list go to properties go to controller and select use steam input? i have this game never had any issues using my xbox controller.

and i dont use an xbox controller but
ive used this controller to play sub before and never had an issue
now it seems unremoveable
