Budget-Performance build, if there was an upgrade to be made I would go with an RTX 2060 Super, it's not much more than the RTX 2060 and has better performance than an RTX 3060 overall.

The i3 12100F is a gaming beast, we've not seen performance like this from an i3 previously

e/ i3 12100f also c/w cooler so you're set, the new Intel Coolers are much nicer now

good budget build with many upgrade paths.

some parts can be "upgraded" for a few extra $$ to add RGB if you're into that.

other parts can be upgraded in the future. (CPU,GPU)

GPU is a solid entry level card
CPU is a solid gamer and the price is hard to beat.

Also AMD CPU/GPU can take advantage of AMD's S.A.M (smart access memory) to improve gaming performance.

Also with your budget cap you can always upgrade the CPU or GPU right away 6700xt is a solid performer and a 5800x might also fit into your budget at the same time.
