I just got a new gaming computer and randomly shuts off and says something about the the CPU My dad put new thermal paste and make sure everything was tightened so But it still does it some times.

Not enough info, too vague. If purchased recently, warranty should be intact. Contact seller for RMA if new.

Common errors
your trying to use AMD CPU on windows 11 instead of windows 10.
The other thing that is common is the BSOD Error 18 , which is normally caused by something not being plugged in all the way, or 1 of the computer case fans has a pinched / bad cable.
