Going to post-grad. $700 is top end of budget (ideally). Looking for a laptop just for notes/basic excel/youtube videos here and there.

Appreciated - was unsure about Acer products because my friend had a bad experience. But 1 bad experience doesn't meant all is bad



Appreciate the confidence in both processors, was unsure about that.



Appreciate the help will look into something similar to this if the Acer doesn't fit what I'm looking for. Still need to compare a little bit - appreciate all of the advice.

I have an acer nitro 5 and its amazing. Cant complain.

Very Common Laptop Available at local retail stores like wal-mart & Bestbuy, Starting at $550 .
Pretty Decent as well, and so common of a laptop there is tons of support on many community forums.

Shorter Battery life, unless buying a aftermarket replacement.
A little on the Heavier side, but absolutely a good value.

For 700$ below it was very worth for handling that task
